These are inspired by a new shirt that I got that I’m planning on wearing tonight for new years. The shirt itself is a little sheer so when you lay it flat the dots from the other side show through. I did three coats of Love & Beauty Creme, then I did the first round of dots (Sally Hansen Black Heart), then I did two more coats of Creme, followed by more dots. Topped it with a coat of Essie Matte About You.
