I know people are just being cute. Yes, this is the time of year where turkey is eaten the most, but it’s not turkey day! So stop saying, “Happy Turkey Day”.

01. I really appreciate what I have been given. I couldn’t thank the people in my life enough for what they have done for me. The BF, my brother, my dad, my mother (rip), my dog, friends, and rest of my family. I heart them very much.

02. I am very happy to be alive. Breathing. Walking. Talking. With my five senses intact. I’ve mentioned what my insecurities are in a previous post, but really, why do those matter? Yes, it matters to a certain degree…like when your health is at risk, but I know I’m not at that point. I am very happy to be me. I wouldn’t trade my life for anyone else’s.
I am happy where my life is at. Yes, I didn’t finish high school, therefore, I didn’t go to college. So what?! Doesn’t mean I can’t succeed in life still. I know people who have.

03. I am very thankful and happy to be with my BF. I respect and love him so much. He’s inspiring, sexy, funny, smart, independent, supportive, honest, and loving. I love that we do so many things together. Laugh, cook, play video games, clean (when you live together, that’s a great thing), have a love for music, art, food, dogs (he actually got me loving ‘em more), etc.

So besides the BIG reasons for being thankful, I want to say some other things that I’m thankful for.

01. Cosmetics. I can’t get enough of makeup, nail polish, hair brushes, lotions, perfumes, etc. Cosmetics are here to make ourselves feel better about ourselves. Guys and girls. I am thankful for the products we have out there. Seriously.

02. Video games. I love our (BF & I) Playstation 3, Xbox360, Wii, and DSLite. Probably more than my makeup. That’s a lie. Lol. I love them just as much as my cosmetic stuff. It’s just pure entertainment. Most of the time, they never fail on getting me out of boredom.

03. My Macbook. I love my Mac. I don’t even use my PC. I love the programs that I have on it too. Adobe CS4, iTunes, Firefox, iMovie, etc. Love my Mighty Mousie too. Lol.

04. My skills for nail art and my nails. I hated to do nails as a job. I was real good at it, but hated it. But I LOVE nail art. I don’t know what you would call my style. Sometimes it’s crazy. Sometimes it’s modern and simple. I plan on increasing my nail art skills even more. I would love to make 3D art, do Japanese style art, use fimo canes, etc.

05. The FoodNetwork Channel. My favorite channel. I am always watching it. I have become a better cook because of it. =P

06. Lip balm. I cannot live without it.

07. My blog…this blog. It ties in with the BF too, but he’s helped me set it up and get it running. Thanks, B!

08. Coldplay, Silversun Pickups, Muse, and Lady Gaga. My favorite bands and female Artist.

09. Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy, and Private Practice. My favorite television series.

10. Airplanes. I love to travel and will never stop wanting to.
